I am a Transactional Analyst (TA) Psychotherapist and Supervisor and UKCP registered for both. 

I consider myself an integrative practitioner pulling from my main modality, relational TA, and other traditions including dream work, mindfulness and work with metaphor. I draw on experience and training to direct the therapy to be most helpful for each individual.

I am a qualified teacher with a PGCertHE (Teaching and Learning in Counselling and Psychotherapy) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. I am currently module lead on the Dissertation year of the Humanistic MSc at Metanoia Institute and have recently taught as primary tutor on the Transactional Analysis (TA) psychotherapy training at Connexus Institute and visiting tutor on the TA psychotherapy training at Iron Mill.
