I have a supervision qualification in TA, PTSTA (P), and a Diploma in Supervision. I am working with qualified practioners and trainees from various modalities including TA, Integrative and Humanistic. I provide support around clients, training, academic work, exam preparation and professional development individually or in small groups.
I offer 1:1 and group exam prep sessions and have supervised a number of students through this process to successful qualification both at counselling and psychotherapy level. Having taught at several psychotherapy colleges, on both Humanistic and TA courses, and examined for all of these, I have significant insight into the examining process.

"I have worked with Pippa for three and a half years, and her support has been central to my growth as a psychotherapist and counsellor. She offers a supervisory space that feels safe, reflective, and genuinely collaborative. I have always felt able to bring my challenges and uncertainties, knowing they will be met with insight, respect, and thoughtful questioning. What I value most is her balance of support and challenge. She encourages me to think more deeply about the relational process, explore complexity, and expand my clinical understanding. Pippa's guidance has helped me develop confidence in my therapeutic voice and supported me in shaping my practice and wider career. Pippa has continually encouraged me to grow, broaden my knowledge base, and pursue further training that enriches my work. I am deeply grateful for her presence and would highly recommend her as a supervisor."

"Working with Pippa has been such a grounding and encouraging experience. Her calm, genuine way of being creates a space where I’ve felt safe to explore, reflect, and grow. I really value the thoughtful challenges Pippa brings, which invite me to think more deeply and ethically about my work. Through our supervision, my confidence has deepened, and I couldn’t have asked for a more supportive and insightful supervisor to help guide me through this stage of my journey."
T, Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counsellor:
"Working with Pippa in the supervision prep sessions was invaluable during my Interim Diploma process. Her guidance deeply supported both my case study and viva preparation. In our sessions, Pippa helped me explore my case study client through the theoretical lens required by the assignment brief, particularly around diagnosis and treatment planning, while staying rooted in Humanistic principles. Her support in structuring my progress report ensured clarity, cohesion, and alignment with the brief. For the viva, Pippa helped me articulate my Humanistic values and integrate them meaningfully with the BACP Ethical Framework and my own personal philosophy. Reviewing my client recording together enabled me to identify key theoretical themes, relational dynamics, and processes of transference and countertransference. Throughout, Pippa kept a strong focus on ethics, risk, and competency. Pippa's thoughtful, rigorous, and encouraging approach greatly contributed to my successful preparation, and I'm very grateful for her support."
L, Humanistic Psychotherapist:
"If it weren't for exam preparation with Pippa, I would have turned up for my viva far less prepared and with less idea of what to expect on the day. Her wealth of knowledge as a practitioner and examiner and her attention to detail helped instill confidence in my abilities and, in turn, ease my nerves within a supportive environment. She was particularly helpful around ethics and intersectionality and I feel I learnt a lot as well as being able to speak to these subjects with confidence and integrity. I'd highly recommend having sessions with her."
