I specialise as a psychotherapist with a primary focus on Transactional Analysis, which informs the way I approach and conceptualise the therapeutic process. In addition to Transactional Analysis, I incorporate other therapeutic techniques such as dream analysis, mindfulness, and theories from various therapeutic modalities to offer a comprehensive and tailored approach to each client. These methods help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their internal experiences, and their relationships with others.
My approach is fundamentally relational, meaning that the dynamics between client and therapist are seen as central to the therapeutic journey and outcome. I strive to create a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space where each client feels heard and understood. I work with each individual as a unique person, drawing on my clinical training as well as my personal life experiences to support their growth.
I believe in the client's inherent capacity for change and self-actualization, and I approach the work with both sensitivity and constructive challenge. While therapy can sometimes be uncomfortable or difficult—especially when clients begin to question long-held beliefs or behaviors—it is through this discomfort that transformation often occurs. I am mindful of each client’s pace, ensuring that the process respects their individual needs while fostering meaningful personal growth and self-understanding.
